Been doing Keto for about 2.5 weeks now. I try hard not to weigh myself daily as I used to. While I have definitely lost a FEW (if that) pounds and can kind of see my cheekbones agains(a little!) I’m definitely not seeing the weight loss I had expected. 2nd time trying the Keto diet. My weight bothers me A LOT! I am 10 pounds away from my goal.
